As a resident of California, you have the right to have us delete any information collected from you that’s not critical for us to deliver your services nor to provide you with a personalized experience. To make this request, you simply need to submit a Right to Delete request.
Right to opt - out
As a resident of California, you have the right to instruct us not to sell your personal information to third-parties. To make this request, you simply need to submit a Right to Opt-out request. If you have never been a Brackit customer a sale of your personal information is very limited - if you visit our websites some of the cookies we use might share personal information in a way that is considered a sale. We have implemented some tools on our websites to limit the use of your information collected, and we will continue to improve this capability in 2020.
